SkiMarket aim to provide an exceptionally fast and efficient service and on for all purchases we aim to have your order processed and dispatched on the day of your order. All Standard Delivery orders are sent First Class. If you need to guarantee next day delivery then we also offer Premium Delivery, however orders must be before 3.00pm Monday to Thursday to guarantee this.

Please try and provide an address where there will be someone present to sign for your order between 9.00a.m. and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, and between 9.00am and 12.00pm on Saturdays.

We offer Free, Standard and Premium Delivery for delivery to England, Wales, Scotland (including the Highlands and Islands), Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Scilly and the Channel Islands.

We also deliver Worldwide and again aim to dispatch these on the same day as you place your order.

At SkiMarket we understand that buying clothes online can be difficult. We offer a number of clothing brands, all of which will have a slightly different cut or sizing system. To make it easier for you to choose your perfect size we have provided a detailed set of measurements for each item.

However, if you aren't 100% satisfied with an item when you have received it, SkiMarket will be happy to offer a full refund.

Goods can be returned for a full refund, including delivery charge, if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been despatched.

If the goods have been despatched as ordered, they can be returned for a refund, but only for the cost of the goods if they have incurred a delivery charge.

All returns must be organised within 14 days of receiving your order.

The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount, less any delivery charge paid where appropriate.

Items must be unused, still have their original packaging and labelling, and be accompanied by a copy of the original delivery note.

Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

How to order

All orders can be placed online through the Website. All orders are subject to availability.

Method of payment

You can pay either by VISA, Maestro, Master Card, Switch or Delta. We are unable to accept cheques, Style cards, Duet Cards, cash, postal orders or gift vouchers. Card fraud is illegal and will lead to prosecution in all cases.

Out-of-stocks

If any item you have chosen is unavailable you shall be contacted via your e-mail address and the transaction will not be processed. SkiMarket will use best endeavours to obtain the item(s) not in stock and fulfil the order.

Pricing policy

All products on SkiMarket.co.uk are priced in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate.

Resale

Goods purchased from SkiMarket.co.uk may not be used for resale.

Complaints

We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. Your complaint may be emailed to SkiMarket. Please give full details of the nature of your complaint, including the products purchased, your name, address, daytime telephone number, email address and any other information which you think will assist us in resolving your problem as quickly as possible. We aim to acknowledge by email any complaint within 5 days, and to conclude our investigations as soon as possible thereafter.

Delivery Address

You have the option to give a different delivery address to the card address. This means that you can have the parcel sent to, for example, your workplace or to a friend as a gift. Please try and give an address where there will be someone present to sign for your order between 9.00a.m. and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, and between 9.00am and 12.00pm on Saturdays.
